From my very first interaction back in 2023, I knew Jake Sugg from Sugg Fitness was very different from other Personal Trainers I’d worked with. His meticulous attention to detail when constructing my individual training program stood out immediately. His approach has instilled in me a greater appreciation for my body & Jake always follows up with advice on nutrition, rest and recovery which are often overlooked in the industry.
