Jake is an excellent personal trainer, he explains everything very clearly, his training plans are considerate and tailored to the trainee’s ability and goals. He exhibits deep knowledge of the subject and can give variations of each exercise to fit people who are less flexible and have mobility issues due to inactivity or being overweight such as myself. I found that very important to baby step my way into familiarity with exercises that I though initially I would not be able to do but these easier variants helped me gain the necessary familiarity and confidence. Overall excellent work and I would definitely recommend Jake as a personal trainer to anyone regardless of their fitness level or prior knowledge of the subject
