I trained with Jake for almost a year, my goal was to feel more athletic and strong and I can confidently say that was achieved. Not only did we look at plyometrics which helped with the athleticism but he also helped me train for Hyrox and taught me how to Olympic lift. Jake’s approach is holistic and inspiring, he is kind, understanding, patient, super knowledgeable and very fun to train with. I always looked forward to our sessions no matter how tough and would recommend anyone with any amount of experience to train with Jake. He meets you where you are at and he always made me feel comfortable and never judged. He’s an amazing trainer and not only feels like a trainer, but a great friend. He’s a great listener and we always looked at how all aspects of my life impacting my health and fitness. I would still be with him now if the distance wasn’t too far for me.
