Jake revolutionised my outlook on training, leaving me feeling motivated and excited about our weekly sessions. He has the rare skill of making your training sessions feel engaging and productive, but also very fun. Jake helped me learn how to deadlift from a fundamental level, all the way to more advanced techniques and now I can lift over double my body weight!
