I have known Jake for quite some time now, since our first year at university. Since I’ve known him, he’s always been in love with health and fitness. The level of commitment he’s had to his own body has been inspirational to me and, I’m sure, to people he comes into contact with.

I have had two training programs made by Jake, and from both, I have had tremendous results. The first program I took up with Jake was a physique-focused program. I had been training for some time and wanted to take it to the next level, and in the 12 weeks I had him as my coach, the change in my physique was remarkable. I thought I was doing well before, and knew what I was doing. I realised that there was still so much to learn.

I had a second program with Jake, this time focused on building up my strength. The results, once again, were remarkable. Thanks to the program, I was able to reach figures on the squat, bench and deadlift that I could not believe.

Both programs were incredibly well structured and easy to understand. Jake also ensured he was available to answer any questions I had as well as to provide encouragement.

I can’t recommend Jake more as a coach.
