Jake is a truly excellent PT and I can’t recommend him more highly. Since seeing Jake, for the first time in my life, I have managed to consistently incorporate regular exercise into my routine, and I now actually really enjoy it. I look forward to our weekly sessions together and leave them feeling so motivated for the rest of the week. I feel so much more comfortable knowing what I’m doing at the gym, and have got much stronger than I was as a result. But the impact has been much more holistic than I had anticipated – because of the conversations we’ve had during our sessions, and the work we’ve done together, my relationship with my self, my body, exercise and food have all fundamentally changed for the better. He is the perfect balance of non-judgmental, patient and compassionate on the one hand with knowledgeable, challenging and motivational on the other – frankly, everything you could want from a PT.
