I came to Jake after a long time away from exercise, feeling unfit and a bit nervous about getting back into it. From the very first session he made me feel comfortable and encouraged – there’s a real kindness and calm to the way he works. What makes Jake stand out is how much he genuinely cares and his passion. He looks at the whole picture, not just physical fitness – the sessions often included space to talk, reflect and we’d always finish with some meditation. It was the time I looked forward to as well as the training. He makes the whole experience feel welcoming, positive and human.
