I’ve been training with Jake for almost two years now. When we started training together constant recurring injuries had made me unconfident with my weightlifting techniques and it was an aspect of training that I avoided. Training with Jake has changed that.
Jake has a great way of breaking down exercises and giving cues to help develop technique (while making you laugh!). He constantly adapts our sessions as my ability grows and goals change. Our sessions continue to evolve and more recently he has helped me move from strength training to boxing sport-specific training.
Training with Jake has been a transformational experience and he continues to push me to work at my best. I am in the best shape of my life and now feel confident doing some of the more complex movements outside of our sessions.
Jake has a real passion for training and helping others. It is infectious and has completely altered the way I view training. I cannot recommend him enough.
