WHO AM I?
Movement has been central to who I am since childhood. I was the kid who couldn’t sit still; always climbing, running and exploring. I expressed myself through my body and found joy in being fully present.
That instinct stayed with me. Rugby taught me the power of shared struggle, while studying biochemistry sparked a fascination with how the body works. This led me to start a career in nutritional research.
But I realised something was missing: real human connection. I didn’t want to study life in a lab, I wanted to live it and help others do the same. So I qualified as a personal trainer and NHS-accredited wellbeing coach.
Now, I bring it all together: personalised movement, mindfulness, and a science-based approach to coaching.
This training philosophy has transformed my own life and now I want to it share it with you.
